IELTS: get higher scores

Few tips to get CLB 9 (Speaking 7, Reading 7, Writing 7, Listening 8) & above:
For listening: It is advisable to have a speaking buddy. The more you speak with someone else, the better your fluency will be. At the initial stage, there might be problems with vocabulary, grammar, sentence construction- just ignore it. Only speak and speak. As time moves on, you will figure out that you have fewer problems than before.
For listening: Go to youtube and there you will get ample mock tests with attached PDF. Solve as many as you can. First give the test and then listen again once or twice to find out the mistakes you made. For most of us, it is one of the easiest modules among the four modules of IELTS. Try to use this module to boost up your overall IELTS score.
For reading: Academic version & general training version is different for reading module. General training version is required for Canadian Immigration and it is way easier than academic one. My recommendation is to solve first from the academic ones and then solve the GT ones. If you can have a grasp of academic reading, general training reading will be simple vanilla cake for you.
For writing: Simple, write as much as you can. It is better to follow a structured format for the essay portion, therefore it will help you in the exam day to construct the essay in that manner which will save your precious time and will earn you a decent score.
